Youth and Young Adult Leader of a Dynamic Church in Orlando Job Summary The Young Adult Leader is responsible for leading and developing the church’s young adults ministry in Orlando. This role provides spiritual leadership, discipleship, pastoral support, and ministry coordination, while creating a vibrant and engaging environment in which young adults can grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, build community, and become actively involved in the life and mission of the church. Expectations and Qualifications The ideal candidate is: -Committed Christian with a strong personal faith -Creativity to reach the youth -Passionate for discipling and mentoring young adults -Ability to lead in a dynamic church environment -Teach, provide spiritual guidance, build relationships, organize gatherings and ministry activities -Work in alignment with the vision and values of the church -Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills At least 1-2 years of prior ministry or church leadership experience, are preferred
