Responsibilities: - Prepare and deliver weekly sermons - Provide pastoral care, hospital, and visitation ministry - Represent and engage in the local community - Lead discipleship classes and bible studies The ideal candidate will be: - A pastor who is devoted to studying, teaching, and living out the Word of God - In alignment with our Statement of Beliefs - Relational and approachable, with a heart for pastoral care - Passionate about leading and serving a small-town church - Able to work collaboratively with church leadership to set vision and strategy Compensation & Benefits: - $60K-$80K starting salary commensurate with experience - Insurance & Retirement: health, life, & IRA - Parsonage suitable for a family - Paid time off, professional development support, and pastoral resources To apply, submit the following: - Cover letter describing your call, ministry philosophy, and fit with Hope Church’s Statement of Beliefs - Resume - Links to recent sermons (audio/video) or sample sermon manuscript - Three references (including a pastoral/elder reference)
