Gulf to Lake Church in Crystal River, Florida is looking for a Senior Pastor. Our founding Pastor after 32 years has decided to retire. What started out with just over a dozen people has turned into a home for over 600 weekly attenders. This church now has 7 ministerial staff members and multiple suport staff that have been together for a very long time. We are praying for the Lord to send the right man to lead us into the next season of ministry. Living in Crystal Rivers offers a small town feel in a growing area. The outdoors and wildlife are a major draw to this area. This is a great place to raise a family and many people come to the area to retire. Position Overview - Role: Senior Pastor - Location: Crystal River, Florida - Type: Full-Time - Experience: 10+ years of pastoral leadership preferred Key Responsibilities - Deliver inspiring, Bible-based Sunday sermons. - Provide spiritual guidance and pastoral care to church members. - Lead administrative and ministry staff teams. - Guide community outreach and local evangelism efforts. - Oversee discipleship and Christian education programs. Qualifications - Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in theology or related field. - Demonstrated alignment with Southern Baptist doctrine and values. - Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
