Who We Are Greenville Community Church is a multi campus church located in Greenville Michigan with a passion to help as many people as possible experience God, Freedom, and Life. Our primary campus serves over 500 people weekly and our Crystal Campus continues to grow as we seek to make a lasting impact in Montcalm County and beyond. We are looking for a high capacity leader who can shepherd people, preach Gods Word, build teams, and help strengthen the overall leadership of the church. Position Summary This role will serve as the primary pastoral leader of our Crystal Campus, located in Crystal Michigan while also partnering with the Senior Pastor to help lead the staff, support ministry execution, assist with budgeting and stewardship, and strengthen pastoral care across both campuses. This is an ideal role for someone who loves both people and leadership Primary Responsibilities 1. Crystal Campus Leadership - Serve as the visible leader and shepherd of the Crystal Campus - Lead Sunday services and campus experience - Regular Sunday preaching - Build volunteer teams - Lead local outreach and community engagement - Help grow attendance, discipleship and spiritual health 2. Preaching and Teaching - Preach Biblically sound and engaging sermons - Teaching various environments (Sunday services, classes, leadership settings) - Support teaching team ministry at both campuses when needed - Participate in teaching team meetings 3. Staff Leadership and Team Development - Help lead and coach the ministry staff - Assist with staff meetings, accountability, and execution - Develop younger leaders and volunteers - Strengthen communication and collaboration between campuses 4. Budget and Operational Support - Help oversee campus ministry budget - Participate in annual budget planning conversations - Ensure campus resources used wisely - Help improve stewardship and giving systems 5.
