Do you love connecting with kids, equipping families, and leading teams? Our church is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate leader to champion our children’s ministries, help us reach the next generation with the gospel, and partner with parents in discipleship! Glad Tidings Church, located in Muncie, IN, is one church meeting in multiple locations with a core purpose of developing biblically sound believers who reflect Christ’s character. We are a growing, healthy, and forward moving church that is currently searching for a full time Children’s Ministries Director for our main campus. The ideal candidate will be a champion of children, be committed to mentoring and leading volunteer teams, and partnering with parents to create a cohesive disciple-making strategy. Minimum pay package is $40K with a maximum considered at $70K for the right individual. Church provided housing is optional.
