Primary Purpose: Lead and oversee the church’s junior high, high school, and college ministries by providing vision, discipleship, outreach, and pastoral care. Key Responsibilities Include: - Lead weekly student ministry programs, events, and discipleship efforts. - Recruit, train, equip, and support volunteers and student leaders. - Reach and engage unchurched students through outreach and relationships. - Help students grow spiritually and serve in the church and community. - Oversee ministry planning, communication, facilities, and budget. - Serve as part of the church’s pastoral leadership through counseling, hospital visits, ministry teams, and church-wide strategy.
