Worship Leader CrossWay Church Germantown, WI Overview CrossWay is a growing, multisite church in the suburbs of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position is the point leader for Crossing Student Ministry worship and will be a key role in weekend worship, particularly at CrossWay’s Germantown campus. Very strong vocal and instrumental acumen are a prerequisite for this position. Video about the position: https://vimeo.com/1214418672/e5bbb8880c?share=copy&fl=sv&fe=ci Job Duties & Responsibilities - Schedule and oversee Student Ministry worship teams - Invest in students and equip them to lead Student Ministry worship - Lead worship and assist in weekend services at the Germantown location and other campuses as needed - Assist in onboarding worship team volunteers by helping with auditions, one-on-one coachings, and group trainings - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - A curious and committed Christ follower who carries themselves humbly - A servant’s heart willing to do whatever it takes to create optimal environments of worship - A diligent work ethic highly dedicated to making disciples through the worship arts - Strong vocal and instrumental acumen for modern worship - Experience with music theory, ear training, and chord charts Scope - 25 - 30 hours per week - 35 weekends per year - Salaried This position reports to the Worship Director.
