Position Overview The Kids Unlimited Associate supports the children’s ministry at the Stone Oak Campus by assisting in the recruitment, development, and care of volunteer leaders, while helping create excellent, safe, and engaging environments for kids and families. This role is ideal for someone who is relational, organized, and energized by building teams, and who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities - Assist in communicating the vision, mission, and values of Church Unlimited - Support and serve during weekend services and special events - Help identify, recruit, and develop volunteer leaders - Monitor volunteer processes and follow up on next steps weekly - Support volunteer onboarding and orientation processes - Assist in planning and executing campus-level Kids Unlimited events - Ensure all classrooms and environments are clean, organized, and Sunday-ready - Train volunteers using Kids Unlimited systems, tools, and handbook - Maintain a safe, secure, and excellent environment for kids and families - Collaborate with the Kids Unlimited Director and central team for alignment - Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills - Authentic and growing relationship with Jesus - Passion for reaching and developing the next generation - Strong relational and communication skills - Ability to recruit, train, and encourage volunteers - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Experience in children’s ministry, education, or volunteer leadership preferred - Team player with a positive, flexible, and teachable attitude - Strong alignment with Church Unlimited’s mission and culture What We Offer - Competitive salary based on experience - Health, vision, and dental insurance - Life insurance coverage - Leadership development and growth opportunities - A fun, fast-paced, and mission-driven team culture - The opportunity to make an eternal impact in the San Antonio area Why This Role MattersEvery week, the Kids Unlimited Associate plays a key role in helping create environments where kids can experience Jesus in a real and meaningful way.
