Worship/Creative Pastor Bridgepoint Church Boise, Idaho: The Role At Bridgepoint, we believe creativity is a gift from God and one of the most powerful ways we can help people see and respond to the gospel. We are looking for a Creative Pastor who can lead worship while also shaping how our church communicates through music, visuals, storytelling, and digital content. Someone who has a vision for making moments like communion, giving, worship, and baptism poignant, beautiful, and engaging. This is a unique opportunity for someone who does not just want to lead songs but wants to build environments where people genuinely encounter God in the room and beyond it. You will help us bring clarity to the message, beauty to the moment, and consistency to everything we create. About Bridgepoint Church Bridgepoint Church is located in Boise, Idaho, one of the fastest-growing cities in the country and a significant mission field. We are unique in the church landscape of Boise because we own ~5 acres of Urban footprint, we have no debt, and we have a significant amount of cash on hand for a future building project that will allow us to impact our community like never before. We gather around 380 people each Sunday across two identical modern services, with a growing online presence. Our church has a long history of faithfulness and stability. In January, we voted to begin a two-year succession process between Senior Pastor Jeff Love and Associate Pastor Adam Sharkey. This is the perfect role for someone excited about the challenge of contextualizing the truth of scripture in a true American mission field. That means how we communicate matters. We are looking for someone who can help us present the gospel in ways that are clear, engaging, and accessible without losing its depth or power. What You Would Do: Lead Worship and Shape the Weekend - Act as the primary (not the only) worship leader on Sunday mornings - Plan and lead gospel-centered worship services - Create environments where people are invited to participate, not just observe - Collaborate with the teaching team to align services with sermon direction Collaborate and Lead the Creative Direction of the Church - Translate sermon series and ministry goals into cohesive creative strategies - Help shape how our church communicates across every platform - Oversee social media, YouTube, and church-wide communication - Help create content that extends the message beyond Sunday - Oversee the creation of content that enhances the worship experience and teaching on Sunday mornings (Video testimonies, graphics, etc.) - Ensure our content is clear, engaging, and consistent Oversee Production and Environments - Lead and develop all production systems, including ProPresenter, lighting, livestream, stage design, multitrack, video editing, and service flow. - Maintain a high level of excellence both in person and online Build and Develop Teams - Recruit, train, and invest in volunteers across worship, production, and media - Develop future leaders, including students and young adults - Cultivate a culture of growth, ownership, and spiritual maturity Be Part of the Team - Collaborate with staff and ministry leaders - Contribute to planning and church-wide initiatives - Serve during key moments and events Who We Are Looking For A Pastor at Heart You meet the biblical qualifications for pastoral leadership and care deeply about people. We seek to engage culture thoughtfully while holding conviction and communicating with grace. Qualifications - Experience leading worship and or creative ministry - Strong vocal ability and proficiency in guitar or piano. Other instruments a plus! - Experience building and leading teams - Familiarity with Planning Center, ProPresenter, video editing software, AI, and tracks software - Strong communication and organizational skills - *Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required Compensation - Base Salary $65,000 - Benefits package would include: - Health insurance reimbursement - Retirement contribution after two years. - A moving stipend to help make the transition smooth - Housing allowance may be included within the salary Final Word We believe the gospel is worth communicating well.
