Job Description: Pastor (full-time) Bread of Life (BOL) Non-Denominational Spirit-Filled Christian Church Location: Uvalde, Texas Church size: 80- 100 About Bread of Life Church (BOL) We are a spirit filled non-denominational Christian church located in Uvalde Texas. Our congregation averages 80 to 100 in weekly attendance and is committed to biblical teaching, prayer, Spirit-filled worship, and living out the love of Christ in our community. We desire to grow deeper in a walk with the Lord while reaching others with the gospel. OUR BELIEFS & WORSHIP STYLE Bible centered and Christ focused Non-denominational Spirit-filled and open to the gifts and Works of the Holy Spirit Worship, that is sincere, prayerful, and led by the Holy Spirit Position Overview Bread of life church is prayerfully seeking a full-time Pastor who is called by God to shepherd his people. The ideal candidate will be a Spirit filled leader who faithfully preaches and teaches the word of God, provides pastoral care, and works closely with the church leadership and brings vision, unity, and spiritual direction. Key Responsibilities Preach, and teach the word of God in a biblically sound, spirit lead manner Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the congregation Shepherd and disciple individuals and families Provide oversight and support for Sunday school, youth, nursery, and other discipleship ministries Equip, encourage, and work with volunteers and ministry leaders Work with church leadership to cast vision and help facilitate church growth Encourage prayer, unity, and spiritual maturity Engage with and serve the local Uvalde community Qualifications Clear calling to pastoral ministry Agreement with spirit filled non-denominational beliefs Strong character, integrity, and servant leadership Ability to lead with humility, wisdom, and compassion Pastoral and ministry experience preferred but not required Willingness to live in the Uvalde area Bilingual preferred but not required 5 years ministry experience preferred but not required Compensation Full-time salary position Salary and benefits, based on experience and church ability Salary range $45,000 to $60,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications) How to apply Please submit: Résumé with references Personal testimonial Links to recent sermons or teachings, if available
