BVCC is located in South San Diego, CA. 4744 Bonita Road, Bonita, CA 91902 BVCC is a multi-cultural, multi-generational family of faith with a passion for loving God, our community of faith, and our community at large. Our ministry goals are to: include, instruct, involve, and invest people into God’s calling and purpose for their lives. Church website: Bonitavalley.com Church campus: 20 acres; 3 buildings: Worship Center (built 2014), Family Center (multi-purpose/children’s classrooms), Life Center (office, gymnasium, training room, classrooms) Average weekly attendance – 2500 - 3,000 Ministry team member is added based on 4 C’s: - Character - Competency - Chemistry - Culture (4 C’s are explained in the interview process) Student Pastor Profile: - Passion for God and students - Strong communicator - Creative - Ability to administrate student ministries paid staff, recruit/train volunteer staff, organize and facilitate student services, events, outreaches, and mission trips.
