Key Competencies, Qualifications & Position Requirements • Has earned a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution • Has a minimum of three years’ experience in YM in some capacity (e.g., volunteer, intern, etc.) • Is expected to be or become licensed with the denomination within one year of start date • Has a strong calling and enthusiasm to minister to middle and high school age students • Exhibits excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and digital) • Must be self-disciplined and self-motivated • Possesses strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills • Demonstrates vital leadership skills and gifts • Strong collaborative spirit; able to foster team environment • Proficient with fundamental budgeting skills • Proficiency in social media and other technical skills preferred (e.g., digital outreach, social media presence, web design, etc.)
